By playing the Deriver bot, you agree not to:

1. Use macro in order to gain advantage over other players, such as for auto-spam, auto-catching, or other.

   This is automatically monitored and will automatically ban accounts in violation.
2. Sell or trade credits, pokemon, or other from the bot for anything other than another Discord bot's currency or assets.
3. Abuse use of alternate accounts in order to exploit daily claims, challenges, events, auction bids, or other.
4. Mislead players in any way in order to gain advantage over them. This includes but is not limited to impersonation of the bot or the bot's staff.
5. Exploit any bugs or clearly unintended features - anything found should always be reported to the official server.

Breaking of any of these rules may result in a temporary or permanent suspension from the bot on all accounts involved.

Data Collection
The use of this bot requires the collection of your Discord user. This information is used to distinguish you from others, and may be made available to others in the form of player profiles, leaderboards, and other opt-in features.
We also reserve the right to store data sent to us when interacting with the bot.

Data Retention
Discord IDs (and usernames/avatars once a profile has been created) are stored indefinitely, but can be deleted if requested. To request deletion of data, please contact us via the official server.

Third Parties
Data outlined above may be shared with external sites to support various features of the bot.
